Michael Arrington’s hosted TechCrunch’s first web award show Friday night at the Herbst Theatre. The venue was right across from City Hall, and I can guarantee I was the most casually dressed person there (whoops).

They gave out a bunch of awards, but I only caught the last few.

Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg took home the best CEO and best overall. He definitely deserves. Facebook is the best social utility on the web.

Andrei was the event’s photographer. I am excited to see his pics when they are ready.

I spent most of the night introing with Mashable’s Pete Cashmore. He reminds me of a friendlier David Beckham.

When I wasn’t with Pete, I was dressing up with the Zivity models

Of course Pete wanted some action too..

MC Hammer was in attendance. Who knew he was a web nerd?

He was definitely trying to rap to Sarah Meyers.

I tried to snap a picture with the evening’s host, but he wouldn’t look at the camera!

The Crunchies was awesome though, and I hope it gets better every year. Maybe next year I will actually get invited?
