Flickr Turns Four

Happy 4th birthday Flickr

Last night, Flickr had a birthday party at 111 Minna Gallery in SOMA

Thousands of user-submitted photos were printed and posted throughout Minna.

I have never seen this many cameras in one place in my entire life.

A Flickr group allowed users to submit only one photo to be considered for the event.

I am really glad I got to attend this event. I am a huge Flickr nerd, and I almost have 5,000 photos posted there. The site’s interface hasn’t changed for a while, but it’s easy to use and the community is very active.

    yay flickr! I love flickr, but I really think the usability of the site could be improved.
