When I went to create a Facebook “Page” for Planet Blacksburg, I noticed that you can add apps to them. I clicked on the More Applications and then the “by Facebook” tab. There are a few really cool apps that I have never seen before.
My favorite is the Flash player app. Looks like you can upload any swf file, and have a fully functional Flash app with barely any effort.
I wish they would let these apps be added to profiles too. The Facebook ad platform is surprisingly impressive to me, and I think user will accept it very quickly.
