BrightKite already better than Dodgeball, Groovr

I just got invited to Brightkite today and I was really impressed. It’s a geo-microblog like Google’s Dodgeball or Groovr.

I have one invite left, if you comment here, it’s yours. But you better hurry!

Location-based social networks are dangerous, especially for women and children. Why on earth would you want just anybody to know where you are all the time?

The advantage to users is nearly non-existent and the advantage to predators, stalkers, enemies is huge.

Did you guys try out ZKOUT? It is soft launched and has a lot of similarities with Brightkite. They do support iPhone and other mobile devices, though. No Fire Eagle and Twitter integration yet but I hear its coming soon…:)
